As a Governance & Integrity Administrator, you will support the performance management and financial data transactions for the fleet/property and facilities management elements of the reporting hierarchy.  You will be responsible for SAP transaction processing and reporting.  The role will be reporting to the Governance & Integrity Analyst.

This is a Hybrid Working Role with a requirement to attend our Chesterfield office every Tuesday and one other day per week.


About the role
You will provide support to ensure that investment projects managed through SAP Project Systems are financially robust through the application of appropriate techniques and control measures. You’ll maintain the flow of information into the Project Systems team, ensuring all data is received to required timescales and perform integrity checks for completeness.

You will process the project updates utilising the relevant transactions in SAP project systems to ensure that project/ programme dates and all financial data is accurate and relevant, thereby assuring the accuracy of project financials (actuals, forecasts, accruals, disposal proceeds) impacting upon the P&L. Alongside this, you will be responsible for raising purchase orders, processing invoices and dealing with queries.  You will also produce and distribute reports to meet required timescales.

You will ensure all responsibilities have been carried out each week / period in accordance with Line Managers direction.

•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Computer literate, with working knowledge of standard Microsoft applications
•    Requires good understanding of excel and upkeep and maintenance of spreadsheets
•    Finance skills – desired but not essential
•    Structured and methodical approach and a high attention to detail
•    Understanding of key business performance drivers
•    Ability to respond at pace to changing requirements within the team and business.
•    Ability to digest and action requirements and to identify and recommend alternative options
•    Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative to deliver to tight timescales
•    Experience of working with a cross section of users at differing levels
•    Ability to be flexible in your approach
