About the Role


Reporting to the Automation Performance Manager, you will play a key role in our Programme and Engineering Function, helping to deliver excellent performance within Parcel Automation processes.


You will provide in depth data analysis and intelligence reports to highlight areas for improvement, aiming to increase machine utilisation and performance across our Parcel Automation processes. You will monitor data quality and strive to improve accuracy, providing insights and analysis through clear visual, written and verbal communication.

 

About You


To truly excel in this role you will need to be able to evidence the following skills and experiences:


Essential:
-    Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to use Excel and other Microsoft Applications to a high standard and work with large datasets, requiring a high attention to detail 
-    Will have held business/data analyst role or equivalent, with good knowledge and experience of data analysis tools
-    Be able to develop and document procedures and workflows
-    Ability to engage, influence and communicate effectively with internal and external key senior stakeholders 
-    Able to solve a problem and effectively prioritise available resources
-    Recognised industry Information management, business analyst or statistics qualifications

 

Desirable: 
-    External experience across logistics, operations and manufacturing sectors (1-2 years).
