Lead Developer Drupal – Ebusiness Platform
Are you a creative and talented Drupal team lead looking to build a team to create customer-facing websites on one of the top 50 most visited websites in the UK? 
Royal Mail is committed to growing our internal Development Team’s capability to drive digital innovation across the business. As part of this, we are building an E-Business development team with the key tech stack focussed around LAMP, Drupal and React frontend. 
Two years ago, we started to build a brand new in-house Development capability from scratch.  We’re revolutionising the technology traditionally used by Royal Mail, fully embracing Agile and DevOps to help our business move forward at the rapid pace needed. We’re developing a range of business-critical systems that support the core business, B2B and customer-facing mobile applications – with massive volumes and on an impressive scale. 
You will be working for a brand that’s a household name and a critical part of the UK’s infrastructure. •    500% increase in visitors via mobile, half of all visits now via mobile or tablet

You’ll be a highly talented and passionate Senior/Lead Developer with several years’ management experience and the following essential skills: 
Front-end: React or AngularJS/2+ preferably or another JS framework, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PWA, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS.
Server-side and content management: Expert Drupal6-8 including core/module/site, PHP, SOAP and RESTful APIs, JSON, Java Camel, Micro services, OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID, DI, Agile/Scrum
Databases: MySQL, Mongo DB
Platform and DevOps: Linux – Red Hat, Apache / Nginx, Cloud and on-premise infrastructure, Docker (or other containerisation), CI/CD, git
It would be great if you also have experience of the following desirable skills: 
•    IOS/Android mobile apps, responsive sites
•    Magento
•    High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, DNS, CDN
