This will be a hybrid role - base location dependent on applicant – with travel expected 2/3 days per week nationally

 

About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Health and Safety, you will develop, maintain, and deploy audit the approach and schedule for the fleet compliance team, monitor and report upwards on Fleet compliance audit outputs and performance and advice on solutions. You will provide leadership and direction to a team of 6 and work closely with business wide stakeholders to guide them on Fleet compliance performance.

 

You will also


    Oversee the development of national Strategy and approach to Fleet compliance audits
•    Lead on developing the audit approach for compliance audits at all O'licence sites
•    Engage with senior Stakeholders in Fleet & Operations on compliance strategy and approach to audits
•    Ensure audit plan is completed 
•    Ensure audit findings are investigated and corrective action is completed to plan
•    Key member of cross functional cross team working group to address gaps, policy changes & updates to ways of working
•    Lead senior stakeholder reporting on national fleet compliance and risk assurance.
•    Advise Operations on areas of concern and continuously improve through review and recommendations
•    Ensure change is lead through operations and solutions are effective
•    Keep up to date with policy changes and legislative changes and ensure these are incorporated into audits
