Playing our part
Millions of letters start their journey by being posted into an iconic post box, Facilities are responsible for their upkeep and maintenance. They’re a talented team with a presence up and down the country to ensure all of our facilities are safe to use.
From the post box a letter is posted in to the distribution centre where it finds its way to the right address, each of our facilities plays a key role in delivering our services. The team is headquartered in the North West of England but work all over the country to make sure every one of those facilities is helping colleagues do their best work and giving customers a seamless experience. That means an emphasis on working as effectively and innovatively as possible, so we maximise every square metre of our property’s potential.
Day to day life
No matter which team they’re in, our people collaborate with a range of different stakeholders every day. The Property & Facilities culture is built around exceptional service delivery which unites every colleague in helping each other do their best work and being ready for anything.
