We’re looking for a Fleet Lease Team Lead to join our Governance and Integrity Team. If you have experience in data and information management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can present complex data clearly, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
Reporting to the Governance and Integrity Team Lead, you will ensure fleet leases are accurately recorded in our lease accounting systems, adhering to IFRS 16 standards.
You will also
• Ensure systems and processes are efficient and fit for purpose.
• Accurately process and validate fleet lease information from third parties.
• Work with stakeholders to maintain IFRS 16-compliant lease accounting records.
• Process invoices and leases correctly and within agreed timeframes.
• Meet key KPIs and SLAs, resolving supplier issues promptly.
• Implement process improvements to enhance service, cost, and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date process and control documentation for audits.
• Provide KPI reports, cashflow insights, and fleet data analysis.
• Lead a team of two administrators and oversee controls testing.
About You
• Experience in data and information management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data presentation skills.
• Ability to perform data reconciliations with a flexible approach.
• Skilled communicator with an awareness of local and national impact.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
• Ideally, knowledge of SAP and IFRS 16.
• AAT qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
