Pay rate: £10.00 per hour + Saturday premium of £3.57 per hour

Outer London weighting allowance of £1.38 per hour

Working hours: hours per week with opportunity for overtime.  Typical attendance will be 7:45 until 12:45 Saturday.

About the role

A confident communicator and attentive listener, you’ll deal with inbound telephone calls within a call centre environment and look after customers on a face-to-face basis at our collection points. You’ll also work closely with our drivers regarding collection and deliveries. Ultimately, it’s all about making sure we exceed our customer expectations. Driving Licence Requirements

It’s essential that you have a full manual driving licence (in your current address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B).  In an ideal world you’ll have a clean licence but it definitely shouldn’t have more than 6 penalty points. And, just so you know, you’ll be required to show your licence at your assessment.

 

About you

Energetic and empathetic, you love talking to customers and have a talent for building relationships with customers over the phone and in person. Experience working in a front line customer service role would be useful, but isn’t essential. What’s more important is that you have a good level of computer literacy and an eagle eye for detail as you’ll be inputting information from databases. A brilliant team player, you always give 100%.
