Starting salary from £31,116 per annum, dependent on location and experience, plus an on-target bonus of 30% per annum pro rata, with further potential opportunities to earn, such as stretch targets and commission, Royal Mail pension, and 25 days annual leave

We’re recruiting now for two Sales Account Managers to join our thriving and expanding Sales team.
 
About the role
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 180 customers. This will involve collaborating with other teams to deliver portfolio plan objectives. You’ll be accountable for maximizing new revenue opportunities, retaining revenue, and delivering key initiatives.

 

You’ll represent the voice of the customer to ensure business issues are identified and mitigated.

 

This a hybrid model role with the first 6-8 weeks of training to be entirely office based. Once fully trained, office attendance will be circa 2 days a week with the remainder at home or office, by preference. Your base office will be in one of the following locations, with a requirement for you to live within commuting distance of your designated office:

 

•    Oxford
•    Motherwell
•    Farnworth (Bolton)
•    Cardiff
•    Bristol
 
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll possess the following skills and experience:
 
•    Relevant sales experience, ideally B2B
•    Proven track record of consistently delivering against sales targets / KPI’s
•    Strong negotiation skills and a single-minded focus on revenue and profit generation
•    Excellent written and presentation skills 
•    Commercially astute, able to use external and internal information to prospect in your customer base
•    Good knowledge of the customer value chain and an ability to identify and realise customer value
•    Strong planning and time management skills
 
Desirable:
•    Portfolio management experience
•    ISP/APS Registered/Certified Sales Professional (or working towards)
