We have an exciting new vacancy for an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Support Manager who will be responsible for providing critical support to the Head of IBP and IBP Manager in coordinating and optimising the business planning processes across 12 geographical regions and several support functions.

 

This is a hybrid working role with travel expected nationally and to our London Head Office.

 

About the role

 

This position focuses on data analysis, reporting, tool management, and facilitating the IBP process to ensure informed decision-making and effective business planning.

 

Assist the IBP Manager in coordinating regular reviews for the 12 geographical regions and support functions and work with local regional teams to ensure they have their material ready for reviews and maintain alignment with overall business goals.

 

Assist in preparing detailed reports and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes and support the planning and tracking of the IBP Forum.

 

Share insights and best practices with regional business partners from other forum activities in different regions.

 

About You

 

 

The role requires a self-motivated, creative individual who can effectively track and analyse data, work closely with regional business partners and senior managers, and identify trends to mitigate potential risks.

 

•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis.
•    Ability to influence without direct authority
•    Ability to facilitate and support meetings effectively. •    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
•    Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
•    Knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry
